Farming in villages

Farming in villages is very important. Almost all of the rural population depends on farming or agriculture.

There are three different scenario of farming in villages. It depends upon the country either Developed , Developing or Underdeveloped.

I myself don’t consider any countries to be developed or underdeveloped but in case of farming and agriculture its all facts that I would speak.

All across the globe farming depends on environmental factors.

In case of lowland the cultivation of seasonal crops is seen. These farmers in villages depend upon environmental factors. Depending upon the countries in case of seasonal crops the farmers may use technologies or better equipments in case of tillage or transplantation or sowing or irrigation harvesting. But in most of the underdeveloped countries the farming population depends on rain for irrigation, follows manual sowing rather than using equipments for various factors. In case of developing countries we must also mention that Partially farmers use equipments but are fully dependent on environment for agriculture.

The other is Highland we will include hilly areas and lands above certain heights where water is not stagnant. In these types of environmental conditions farmers depend upon horticultural and plantation crops. In these cases farmers use technologies or advanced equipments in developed nations. In case of underdeveloped nations technologies aren’t widely used. In case of developing nations people used equipments.  In these case Comparing developing nation and underdeveloped nation is not that easy.

Using of equipment is almost same in underdeveloped and developing nations. In these case the farming sector is dependent on government schemes and self help groups and also large scale processing units.

If  we consider the cocoa of Indonesia where the number of companies present is highest. So the business is profitable. Unlike countries like Ghana.

So the word government largely depends upon politics and political uprisings or moment affects agriculture from time to time.

Talking about the Income and profits of farmers in villages.

Farmers in rural areas of  developed countries are more profitable. And in case of other two it’s a bit less. But its not always necessary to be so. Sometimes it may also be opposite.

Investment and Insurance in Rural Agriculture

The invest of farmers in developed countries is large, but in case of other two investment depends either on private agencies or upon the government schemes. Insurance agencies are available in all the countries. Its just about conditions of farmers and their profits.

Supply and Marketing

Supply of goods or marketing depends upon investment. Market is dependent upon the government. There are market regulation agencies that are responsible for controlling market and prices of the goods found in them.

How to overcome the problems

Agriculture in rural areas is not a problem. However villagers have  a broad mindset of integrated farming since time immemorial. Killing of snakes or such other invaders of pests are not legitimate in case of farming society.

But people of villages must come together. to form cooperative agencies. These agencies will help to grow the productivity of villages and its farmers. moreover government agencies must focus on providing loan on low interests and with cooperation of private agencies must focus on tecnical development of farming in villages.
